Reporting a problem
If a download isn't working, please include:
- The Instagram link you tried (make sure the post is public).
- Your device and browser — for example "Android, Chrome" or "iPhone, Safari".
- What happened — an error message, a file that won't play, or nothing at all.
Before writing, it's worth checking that the account isn't private and that the post hasn't been deleted; those are the most common reasons a link can't be fetched. Our FAQ on the home page covers other common questions.
