These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReelSaver at reelsaver.in (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

ReelSaver lets you download publicly available media from Instagram by pasting a link to it. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. ReelSaver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree that you will:

• Only download content that you own, that you have permission from the owner to download, or that you are otherwise legally entitled to use (for example, for personal offline viewing where the law allows it).
• Not re-publish, sell, or commercially exploit content belonging to others without their consent.
• Not use the Service to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or any other rights.
• Not attempt to access private content, bypass technical restrictions, or overload the Service with automated requests, scrapers or bots.
• Comply with Instagram's own terms of use and all applicable laws in your country.

3. Intellectual property

All content you download through the Service remains the property of its original owner. ReelSaver does not host, store or claim any rights over that content. The ReelSaver name, logo, website design and code are our property and may not be copied without permission.

4. Copyright complaints

We respect the rights of creators and respond to valid notices of infringement. See our DMCA & copyright policy for how to submit one.

5. Advertising and third parties

The Service displays advertisements, including ads served by Google, and uses third-party analytics. These third parties may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites linked from the Service.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to download any particular post — Instagram may change how its content is delivered at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelSaver and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or of any content you download. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded content.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. We may block access for anyone who violates these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
